Die Titelkartusche macht auf den vollzogenen Herrschaftswechsel aufmerksam: Der Reichsadler mit Herrscherstab in seiner Kralle hält die auf dem Boden liegenden osmanischen Standarten fest. Wappen verweisen auf die Eigenstaatlichkeit des Fürstentums Siebenbürgen und des Königreichs Ungarn. Eingeschrieben sind Komitats- und Landschaftsbezeichnungen.

The title cartouche draws attention to the completed change of rule: the Imperial eagle with the sceptre of government in its claw tightly holds the Ottoman standard, which is lying on the ground.  Coats of arms refer to the autonomy of the Principality of Transylvania and the Kingdom of Hungary. Comital and landscape appellations have been written in.
